Extreme weather, ice and snow conditions are the main concerns, rain does not affect the experience.
Please be aware that the weather can be unpredictable and events do have to be cancelled due to bad weather. We will endeavour to make a decision prior to the event should bad weather be forecast however events can still be cancelled on the event day itself. Our phone line and website will be updated straight away should the decision be made to cancel an event so it always worth checking the event line and website before you travel for up to date information.
Please make sure you have provided us with the mobile phone number you will have with you on the day. If your experience is cancelled due to inclement weather we will endeavour to reschedule it as soon as possible.
Cancelling an event can be a huge inconvenience for both participants and us here at the Segway Events, however the safety of our participants and crew is paramount and we would appreicate your understanding with this.

Terms and Conditions - If bad weather affects a booking it will be rescheduled at no extra charge to you. There can be no guarantee that a particular date will not be withdrawn due to adverse weather conditions. We strongly recommend that you contact us before you depart for your experience, however please be aware events can still be cancelled on the day. In the event of cancellation, UK Bungee Club will not be held liable for the cost of lost insurance premiums, travel expenses, pre-booked accommodation costs or any other costs incurred in addition no refunds will be given for activities cancelled by ourselves.
